SLOPPY JOE BAND is a wide-range, 5-piece variety band of extremely talented veteran musicians. Tremendous musicianship, great harmonies and a perfect dose of humor make this band a "must book" for any occassion. With a song catalog of over 300 selections ranging from soulful 60's to modern hits (and ALL points in between), SLOPPY JOE BAND injects the fun and energy into every event. Professional, audience appropriate and easily adaptable, SLOPPY JOE BAND will leave you the hero for finding them and the crowd completely entertained.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 15 - 300 minutes

Attire/Appearance: Black suits for weddings and corporate events. Otherwise, if event is themed, will dress accordingly. Always clean and professional.

Song Selection: Age, event and demographically appropriate. (Obviously no Metallica for 60th Birthday Party {but could oblige if requested})

Humor/Language: Age, event and demographically appropriate (G-rated to blue)

Professionalism/Punctuality: On time, in touch and very professional.

Overall: SLOPPY JOE BAND's primary goals are to make your event a huge success, surpass your expectations, thoroughly entertain the attendees and earn your repeat business.

King, Marvin Gaye), to Funk (Commodores, Wild Cherry), to Disco (K.C, Chic), to Classic Rock (The Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd), to Country (George Strait, Brooks and Dunn), to 80's (Billy Idol, Prince), to Reggae/Ska (Bob Marley, Sublime), to 90's Rock (Pearljam, 3rd Eye Blind), to...shall I continue?
Basically all genres except Rap and Polka. (No offense to Rap or Polka. lol)
