Lee and his band were amazing!! We booked Lee to play for our wedding ceremony and his band to play during the reception. Lee was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The music was amazing and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out! We got so many compliments from the wedding guests on how talented the band was and how much they enjoyed listening to them!!

Lee was a joy to have at our client holiday party! He was on time and set up with plenty of time before the event and dressed professionally for the occasion. Throughout the evening he played a wonderful mis of holiday songs with a classy/jazzy feel perfect for our event! We were very impressed with his ability to improv and entertain. What to expect
Lee is a versatile piano player with the ability to mix various styles and genres. If you are planning a wedding, Lee can perform anything from the Wedding March to more modern tunes such as A Thousand Years. If you seek music for a 90th birthday party, Lee can perform music from the 1930s and 1940s. If you are an 80s buff, Lee can perform music of that era. Lee excels at setting the mood for whatever event you are planning. And he also takes requests!
About
Lee is a professional jazz pianist, composer, and author who lives in Arlington, Texas. Lee began studying music at the age of 5 and quickly gained recognition as a gifted young musician. Winning several composition competitions in elementary school, he went on to become an all-state band musician in high school (trombone and euphonium) and completed his music degree at the University of Texas at Arlington in 1994. Lee is also a founding member of the Harbaugh and Bowen jazz duo.
Lee’s first solo piano CD, “elegance”, was released in 2004 and has since sold 1000 copies and has been downloaded thousands of times from iTunes, Amazon, and other digital media outlets. “Going Home” was released in 2007 and has sold over 700 copies and has also enjoyed great download success. Lee’s CD “Reflections” was released in 2012 and has sold over 500 copies and has been very popular on Pandora and Spotify as well. Lee's latest release, "The Lighter Side" just became public in April 2024 and is also currently on all digital streaming platforms.
Lee performs regularly at Coal Vines Pizza in Southlake as well as The Dallas Arboretum and The Vault Seafood and Steakhouse in Mansfield.
Lee teamed up with vocalist Michael Bowen in 2022 to form the Harbaugh and Bowen piano/vocal jazz duo. Harbaugh and Bowen primarily performs crooner-style American jazz standards and has had the privilege of performing in great venues such as the legendary Birdland Jazz Club in New York City.
Additional booking notes
I always prefer to play a real piano that is in tune and in good condition. If your event doesn't have a piano, I can bring a portable one!
