About

Sharon loves sitting down at the piano and adding a 'sparkle' to events with her music. She began playing dinner piano music at the Garden Court Restaurant and the French Cafe in the heart of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Sharon has worked with hundreds of event planners and wedding planners as well as brides and grooms. She has performed at the major hotels, reception halls and conference centers in the Twin Cities. For over 20 years she has performed for corporate events, private parties and weddings in Minneapolis, St. Paul and throughout central Minnesota, including St. Cloud and the Brainerd resort area.

Sharon has a wonderful repertoire of music for all occasions including pop, jazz standards, swing, Broadway, light classical, new age, Latin, Celtic, music from all decades, and wedding music.

No piano? No problem! Sharon can set up her portable pianos and sound systems for indoor or outdoor events. Her portable pianos have 'state-of-the-art' sound quality.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 300 minutes

Sharon will work with you and your event planner to ensure that her music reflects the theme and mood of your event. Sharon will also contact your event location. You can depend on Sharon to arrive 20-30 minutes early so she is prepared to start playing before the stated start time. Sharon will create a beautiful musical setting for your guests to enjoy.

Stage/Setup Requirements:
Access to one electrical outlet. If I need to set up my portable piano and speakers, I need at the minimum a 5x5 foot area.

Additional Notes:
If the facility provides the piano, it should be in tune. If Sharon provides her portable piano, she needs access to one electrical outlet. The space needed for her portable piano & bench area is 5' across and 4' deep. If she needs to set up her powered speakers, each speaker is on a tripod stand, the base of each stand is approx 3' x 3' x 3'.

Sharon's silent portable generator allows music and PA at remote sites that have no access to electricity. Please specify your request for the generator at the time you hire Sharon.
