Amazingly Talented!
Matt played for my mother in laws celebration of life and we could not have been more pleased. His did a mix of piano and the ukulele and it was a bit hit with everyone. We had so many compliments on the event! He made it upbeat and learned special songs we wanted for the service portion. I would definitely hire him again!
Among many other event types, a pianist is the perfect entertainment for holiday sing-alongs, wedding receptions, dinner parties, fundraisers and more. These professionals perform a wide variety of songs in any musical genre including jazz, classical, and pop music, and can tailor a performance to fit your needs. The cost of hiring a professional pianist can vary depending on your location, the type of event, and their overall experience. Prices may also be affected by the professional’s travel expenses and the equipment they provide. To find exact pricing information, contact pianists in your area to get customized quotes for your event.
There are a few things you should consider when hiring a pianist. First, make sure that your venue can accommodate the pianist’s setup. Some venues provide a grand or upright piano, which is convenient for professionals who are unable to travel with such large instruments. If not, many pianists can bring a keyboard for the performance if you are open to this alternative. After you have determined your needs, search online for professionals in your area. Check out their videos and audio samples, and look for a professional with experience performing at events like yours. If available, read through any online reviews you can find from their past clients so you can be certain you’re booking the best. Once you’ve found the pianist who has everything you need, contact to ask about their rates and availability. Be sure to discuss important details like the location of the event, the style of music you’re looking for, and any special requests. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for the professional to give you a customized quote. This is also a good time to ask about specifics like their setup requirements or any additional travel fees they may require. When you and your chosen pianist have come to an agreement, remember to put all the details in writing. This is the best way to avoid miscommunications and ensure they meet all of your expectations. Luckily, GigSalad's platform gives you a streamlined way to discuss the details, confirm the agreement, and make a secure payment to book the professional you want. And you can rest easy knowing that your event is backed by our Worry-Free Guarantee! Search for Pianists in Milwaukee, Wisconsin above.
