As a child, I began studying drums with New York City session player Ron Negro (who now plays drums Broadway's 'Rock Of Ages'). Since then, I have performed many genres including Motown, Funk, Soul, Rock, and Pop; additionally, I have studied classical percussion with the legendary Jim Petercsak (Liza Minelli, Dianne Warwick, Sammy Davis Jr.), Dominic Donato (Talujon, Newband), Ray Desroches (New Jersey Percussion Ensemble), and Ralph Guzman (Hudson Valley Philharmonic). In 2006, I graduated from the Purchase School Of The Arts with a Bachelors degree in Studio Production...
I have performed before thousands at festivals across the country and overseas, including Freedom Fest, The Dewey Beach Music Festival, SXSW, Emergenza, and The Taubertal Open-Air Music Festival; I have performed live on FOX Morning News, and also on FOX's 'Fearless Music,' and I have years of experience in studio and jingle recording...
As a studio drummer, percussionist, and vocalist, my discography includes such artist as Ingrid Michaelson, April Smith & The Great Picture Show, The Woes, Fire Flies, Alexa Wilkinson, The Nightmare River Band, and many others. I have been in music videos with Rihanna, Ian Axel, and Jenny Owen Youngs, as well as the Warner Bros feature film 'Music & Lyrics' starring Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore.
