Out of all the bands in the San Diego area, The SensationS were selected by a major national entertainment agency to perform 3 big shows for 2,000 people in the 90,000 square feet main room, Sails Pavilion, at the magnificent San Diego Convention Center which received excellent reviews.

The SensationS were selected by The American Heart Association to perform for 10,000 people for their special event which was covered by NBC news and KOGO radio station selected The SensationS to perform for their events twice at Qualcomm Stadium which is home to the NFL San Diego Chargers football team.

Since 1999 The SensationS Band of San Diego has been enertaining audiences throughout southern California to rave reviews including on television, concerts, weddings, private parties, resorts, casinos, gala and special events and has an excellent reputation as a first rate group which always keeps everybody dancing, entertained and having FUN the entire time.

We feature the amazing voice of our spectacular female vocalist, as well as 3 outstaning male lead singers, and are renowned for top caliber professional lead vocals, fantastic harmonies, superb musicianship and excellent audience rapport. Also featured is our incredible sax player who dazzles our audiences with his brilliant playing while adding a very classy sound to the band. Our maestro keyboard artist provides rich orchestral sounds of violins, cellos, trumpets and horns, in addition to traditional piano and organ, and makes The SensationS sound like a much larger band.

We play the top dance hits from the 60s to today and our music appeals to all age groups. We will keep you and your guests moving and grooving to the music and having FUN the entire time.

We are very flexible and accommodating and will gladly tailor our performance to suit your needs and budget.

We offer several entertainment packages for your consideration. The SensationS can perform as our standard 5 piece or 6 piece by adding our maestro keyboard artist specialist. For high end gigs we can add our 2nd female vocalist and even professional female dancers.

We provide a colored stage lighting system as well as a cd system for you to play your cds through our full PA during band breaks for continuous music - like having a free dj.

Founder and lead guitarist Robert Latimer is also a professional classical guitarist and "romantic guitar artist" and is also available to perform as a soloist for your wedding ceremony or event. He has performed at Rockefellers Concert Hall as well as for many weddings and events at San Diego's finest venues.
