About

My name is Amber Pryde, I have a 6 year old daughter and my husband and I were married just over a year ago. Thomas and I have both been in the food and beverage industry for many years. As my now husband and I were planning our wedding we realized that there was a need for "On Site" catering. We wanted to have an outdoor reception, however we could not find a caterer which was able to prepare and serve our food on-site. We did not want food prepared miles away and then held for who know how long in hot boxes or reheated for our reception guests. So, a plan evolved. We now have a large mobile kitchen which can be taken anywhere and food can be prepared on the spot, hot and fresh. We are capable of catering any event no matter how small or large, simple or extravagant. As a recent bride I understand that planning a wedding is expensive and stressful so anything I may be able to do to ease some of these stresses for your brides or events would make me very happy. I have seen and heard stories of caterers making clients serve things they do not want or push them into certain menu items just to make themselves more money. I will never do this!! My motto is to customize your menu for your event the way you want it.

What to Expect

You can expect professional, courteous, and personalized service. I understand this is your event and I will treat it as such. If you want a specific menu item, you get it. Don't want something, I am not going to push you. Again your call. I am here to "cater" to you.

Set/Song/Sequence List:
I have done events large and small. From Birthday Parties which were Fair themed, hand dipped corn dogs, funnel cakes, and snow balls, to wedding receptions of 200 serving fine foods, crab cakes, shrimp, and cocktails.
