Men blush and women delight when she sings Happy Birthday to them and with 10 years of Stand-up comedy experience, Niki is an incomparable improviser and can get any audience involved.

About

Bette Midler from her bath house days meets Marilyn Monroe meets Dean Martin. Meet Niki Luparelli, your new favorite chanteuse, which is a fancy French word for "lounge singer."

The internationally-ignored Niki, now in her early-late twenties, went to the University of Rhode Island where she graduated summa cum laude with a double major in Music and Communications. Niki, during this time, had given up singing, as it turns out she didn't really like opera
(which is what you study if you want a vocal music degree) after all, and began working her way up through the Boston stand-up comedy ranks. After a few years of honing her wit on hecklers, drunks, and bachelorette parties,, she hooked up with fellow URI music grad, Lainey Schulbaum, and began their musical comedy duo act, "The Steamy Bohemians." The Steamy Bohemians are what would happen if the Smothers Brothers were comely large breasted women. On the side, however, Niki dreamed of becoming Jessica Rabbit, or Gilda, or Mae West. She's had a lot of dreams.

Currently, you can see Niki performing her 3 hour show regularly with Dan Burke and the Gold Diggers at the Encore Lounge in Boston on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month, every other month on the main stage at Twin River Casino, and at various festivals, clubs, restaurants, hip weddings, and private parties. Niki is also as a hula hooping, pink ukulelel-ing stand-up comedienne, freelance writer, bleach aficionado, and Boston's premier Marilyn impersonator.
