My name is Lori Wilson & I am the owner of "Lori's Wedding Palace", "Stairway To The Stars" & "Shooting Stars Photography". I operate in the SW Ohio area and have since 1985. I run my business out of my home and have most of the time since I began. I have also operated out of 2 different local flea mkts. in Monroe, OH from time to time over the years.

I am a wedding & event coordinator. My services include, but are not limited to Cakes, Catering, Flowers, Photography, Videography, Digital DJ or Karaoke host, Emcee, Invitations & Accessories, some Bridal & Mother of the Bride Gowns for sale or rent, hats or veils or tiaras for sale or rent, Misc. rentals, etc. I continue to add other services from time to time.

In July 2002 I planned my own Patriotic Theme wedding...my groom was dressed as Uncle Sam and I was Lady Liberty. I was the seamstress who designed and made ALL of the clothing for my ENTIRE wedding party (my Lady Liberty gown with train, veil to attach to my crown, 5 bridesmaids halter dresses, one halter dress for flowergirl, my groom's Uncle Sam pants, jacket with tails, and sequined vest,& sequined backless vests for 4 groomsmen as well as sequined bow ties for all the men. I am a real "SEW & SEW" (ha ha!).

Currently I am in the throws of creativity...I am planning our vow renewal celebration for our 10th anniversary next July. This time we are having a "BLUE HAWAII" theme complete with Hawaiian traditions and a luau. I can't wait! I am planning to have hula dancers to entertain the crowd also.

I am currently getting my degree in Photography but I have been taking pictures nearly all of my life. I have been doing wedding photos since 1985 and I am now using a digital SLR camera which enables me to know immediately what the shots looks like. I have extensive experience in doing touch ups on pictures including REPAIRS of old pictures, through my computer.

I am a vocalist and I have sung lead in several local country bands. I recorded a 45 RPM record back in 1984 titled "Bald Headed Guy", which received substantial airplay. The song was even used as background music for a segment on balding men, for a National Consumer TV Program called "Taking Advantage" in 1985. I have sung for weddings & funerals & I sing karaoke whenever I get the chance.
