The same determined drive, independence, and passion as the Marlo Thomas character was quite evident as I witnessed Chef Angela bake, entertain, and of course deliver great custom desserts at my friend's birthday party for his son. Think I will hire her for my wife's birthday bash!

Chef Angela is lovely and easy to work with. Her manner is professional, she's a great listener (so important when someone is feeding you) and she is thorough in assessing your needs and preferences. The process was as excellent as the resulting meals. I've got portioned meals neatly frozen now that will last for several weeks. Chef Angela has a splendid career ahead of her!
