On your special day (whether it's your wedding, anniversary or your business meeting) we want to perform the song that means the most to you. So if you do not see that song in our complete song list, request it in advance and we are happy to perform it at your event.
DEAR JON want to ensure that you walk away from your event with all your energy spent, or the feeling that your dollars were well spent for your guests' enjoyment. We are not one of those slick agency cabaret bands that has no beating heart. Yes, we can provide the classical ensemble, and yes, we can dress in matching suits for your upscale event, but at its core, DEAR JON is a rock band - whose first job is to ROCK you. Excitement, energy and audience participation. Your event will be remembered! We guarantee it!
Welcome to our listing on Gig Salad. DEAR JON is a Classic Rock cover band for all occasions. From upscale weddings to rowdy parties, Dear Jon brings an excitement and energy to your special event that makes you glad you hired a rock band instead of a DJ or one of those slick agency bands with no vibe.
Jon Dunmore (Dear Jon Manager) will work closely with you (or your event coordinator) to plan all details (arrival, load-in times, stage area, etc.) including choosing a songlist best suited to your guests. The core of the band is a solid four-piece rock band (drums, bass, guitar and vocals), but we can add female vocals, keyboards, etc. as required for your event. DEAR JON can also provide a jazz combo for your dinner/cocktails, or a string quartet for your wedding ceremony, etc. to make your event a success from start to finish.
DEAR JON is based in Los Angeles CA and available to travel anywhere. Availability and price quotes provided to you within 24 hours of verbal contact.
