I organized a 3 day birthday bash for my boss with 100 guests and hired Tim and his team at Classic Event Concierge to help run it from beginning to end (Friday night through Sunday afternoon). Tim runs a tight ship, and we were very satisfied with the overall performance of the bartenders, waiters and captains. They immediately took the pressure off us when they arrived and took lead. They required no supervision whatsoever, in contrary, they made us feel relaxed and able to enjoy the weekend. Everyone was helpful, very friendly, communicated effectively, and liaised well with the kitchen staff. The only caveat was that for the (very early) breakfast Saturday the staff ran late. We made do, but I recommend double confirming the teams arrival the night before. All in all, we were so happy to have them at our event, and I would definitely hire them again.
Do not trust these people. My fiancé and I have been in touch with Tim for 2 weeks about staffing our wedding. I made an appointment to meet with him in Williamsburg to go over the details of our upcoming wedding and he did not show up to our meeting. After confirming with Tim that we had a meeting, my fiancé and I took off work and traveled to Williamsburg only to be left waiting for Tim for an hour. No calls no email no show. I would never trust these people to work an event.

Our apologies for not being able to meet with you. Considering that we were never officially in contract, we do not make any promises to being able to accommodate staffing.
I would give negative 10 stars to GigSalad and the communication between this service and Classic Event Concierge. I had booked a bartender and server through gig salad and confirmed the time and date of the appointment. Gig salad was very prompt in their responses to my emails prior to signing a contract, and within 5 to 10 minutes they sent me 4 emails reviewing the date, time, the terms of the contract, and the fact that I would have service at the exact times needed. I was asked to tip when I paid the contract before seeing the server which I thought was a bit strange. On the day of the event no one ever showed up. I had emailed gig salad another several times when I thought the server may have gotten lost, and no one ever got back to me, although prior to signing my contract they got back to me many times. It seems that all they cared about was getting me to sign a contract. When I called the vendor directly - classic events concierge - they told me they had never received the contract from gig salad. I was understandably upset about this but neither gig salad nor classic event concierge had anything to do to help me, and to this day gig salad has not responded to my emails althoug I paid for something I never received. I had a party for 40 people and instead of talking to my guests I had to spend the whole time cooking and serving. Totally unacceptable and I would never use them again.
Tim and his team provided wait staffing for our wedding on June 6th, 2015. We had excellent communication with them leading up to the wedding and they were very flexible. On the day, they were efficient and great at keeping things tidy. We had a somewhat slippery dancefloor under our tent, but someone was always there to keep it moped up and dry for the guests. The staff was very concerned about our needs and offered to bring us food and beverages throughout the night. Clean up at the end of the night happened so fast we missed it entirely. The staff was very friendly and put us at ease at our reception. We highly recommend Classic Event Concierge!

Tim was so helpful and went out of his way to go get extra tables needed for the catering piece of a large party for 100 people. He gave great advice for what I needed to stock two bars, came in plenty of time, and no one went thirsty. Would highly recommend Classic Event Concierge for your next party! I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Tim was a pleasure to deal with - so accommodating of my requests in terms of glass and serving-wear hire (including some very last minute additions and quantity changes). The waitress he provided us with was very professional, smartly turned out and worked very hard in a hectic party environment. She helped with preparing simple cocktails, and serving drinks and canapes. Plus clearing up afterwards. Party hire was delivered promptly at the agreed time, and (such a bonus!) collected promptly the next day. Tim stayed very involved throughout the whole process. Their pricing is very reasonable and offered great value for money.

I was able to enjoy time with my family as Paige took care of my guests.I didn't have to be stuck in the kitchen cleaning while my family sat in the other room. Everything was fabulous and I was able to enjoy the day!

We recently used Classic Event Concierge to help with a small alumni reception we hosted in our home. Maryanne was sent to help us and she was great. She was professional, kind, and very helpful. She didn't need a lot of direction and was able to work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again!
When my bartender cancelled two weeks before my wedding, I contacted Classic Event Concierge and they came through amazingly! At the last minute, they were happy to provide two bartenders for our full bar, bringing all the mixers and garnishes we could need. Even though it poured during our reception and Tim got soaked moving the bar around, he was extremely nice and hard working throughout the entire event. Classic Event Concierge was a pleasure to work with and extremely affordable considering how much stress they relieved me of. I highly recommend them!

We used the wait staff from Classic Concierge for a Formal High Tea Bridal Shower. Giovanni and Jenn were amazing; from running the Mimosa Bar to serving all the food, teas and deserts they were fabulous. They were so knowledgeable, organized, professional, dressed perfectly and well mannered. Giovanni and Jenn went above and beyond tending to every detail and before they left, they cleaned up and organized all the china, put things away in the fridge, etc. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
Tim and his staff are the very best! Top shelf! They really made the guest of my wedding of nearly 200 guest feel like they were at home. No one wanted for anything because Tim and his staff were always there to tend to their needs. I have received so many compliments from my friends and family on my choice of servers and I feel like its unfair to take the compliments because it really belongs to Classic Event Concierge!

Giovanni was an amazing addition to our party. He helped with everything. We were all so at ease and less stressed because he was there. Almost became part of the fam in 4 hours! He was on time, even helped with the weather forecast. I could go on and on. Everyone was asking for him to come back for all family functions.

Extremely satisfied with services and highly recommend Classic Event Concierge; every and all interactions have been professional and accomodating to all our requests; staff is dynamic, flexible,and attuned to party guest's and host's needs. Little supervision is required and experience shows. Service is memorable and I have received many compliments on the impressive nature of the service provided. Price is fair and staff goes above and beyond what is requested. We will be sure to be long time loyal customers for all our private events in the future.

Staff was great! We had a party for approximately 35 people, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Staff was courteous, personable and attentive. They were amazing!
