Why Hire Anyone Else?

There's no need. They had everything set up long before the first guests arrived. Professional and cordial, they were organized and always makes my guests feel special. The kitchen remained spotless through the evening. Clean up was thorough. I've hired them for fundraisers for Congressmen, as well as intimate dinners. They are FANTASTIC !

Awesome waitstaff

I was planning such a last minute wedding and was in need of waitstaff for my little wedding reception at my favorite cocktail bar. Lineup staffing was affordable and so helpful and cared for every detail of my event and kept me reassured I was in good hands. John our server was amazing!! My guest were so impressed with him and he was on point the whole event! Truly happy I found lineup staffing :-)

Lineup Staffing Review

John was the person from Lineup Staffing who came to work our event. He was prompt, polite, pleasant, and extremely helpful throughout. He did not need to be prompted to help with many details. Communication was excellent prior to the event. Also, they were less expensive than the other choices, but there were no shortcuts in the work! Highly recommend.

Our bartender, John was outstanding. Not only did he show up on time (actually 15 minutes early), he proactively pitched in to help us set up. He remembered my guest's drink orders and kept my champagne glass filled. Plus he was a super nice guy. I will definitely hire him again.

Lineup Staffing provides event and hospitality professionals you can trust from the first shift to the final call. We specialize in placing certified, trained, and licensed staff across every role your event demands.

Every food service team member holds current ServSafe certification, ensuring full health code compliance and safe food handling practices at every point of service. Our alcohol service staff are TIPS and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certified, keeping you legally protected and your guests responsibly served.

Security personnel hold active Guard Cards and are licensed through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS), with training in crowd management, de-escalation, access control, and emergency response protocols. They know how to hold a perimeter without killing the vibe.

Our talent roster is anything but amateur. Comedic performers have trained at institutions like Second City, Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), and The Groundlings — with experience in improv, sketch, and stand-up. Actors come with formal conservatory and on-camera training from programs like Lee Strasberg, Stella Adler, and regional theater pipelines. Vocalists are trained in breath control, range development, and live performance delivery, with backgrounds spanning classical, contemporary, and commercial styles.

Technical & Performance Notes
*Vocal Ensemble
Our ensemble performs full four-part vocal harmony, covering Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass (SATB) arrangements. This allows us to deliver rich, layered sound across a wide range of worship and gospel repertoire.

*Licensed Music
All backing tracks and arrangements are fully licensed through a strategic partner, ensuring copyright compliance for live performance and, where applicable, recording or livestream use.

*Sound Requirements
A PA system capable of supporting live vocals is required. We recommend a minimum of one monitor mix on stage so performers can hear themselves clearly. A sound engineer or capable operator on-site is preferred. If your venue requires additional sound equipment, we are happy to coordinate or provide it — please inquire for pricing.

*Staging
A clear performance area of at least 12 ft wide x 8 ft deep is recommended to comfortably accommodate our ensemble.
Larger staging may be required if live instrumentation is added. Risers are not required but enhance visibility for larger audiences.

*Lighting
Basic front-of-house lighting is sufficient. Up lighting or stage wash lighting can enhance the experience and may be available upon request.

*Additional Equipment
Talent travel with their own in-ear monitors and microphone preferences. If your venue's existing equipment does not meet our technical rider, we may supply supplemental gear — please contact us to discuss.

Set List & Musical Repertoire
Lineup Staffing assembles live choir and ensemble performances tailored to your event by drawing from a curated network of professional vocalists. Rather than a fixed group, we maintain a rotating roster of trained singers — spanning Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass (SATB) — allowing us to build the right ensemble for your occasion.
Our core offering centers on an intimate Small Ensemble (4–8 singers) — the ideal size for ceremonies, worship services, corporate events, cocktail hours, and private celebrations. Every ensemble is assembled with full four-part SATB harmony, rehearsed in advance, and presented as a unified, professional choir.
Licensed Music
All backing tracks and arrangements are fully licensed through a partnership, covering a wide repertoire of worship, gospel, and contemporary choral music. Licensing ensures full copyright compliance for live performance, and where applicable, for recorded or livestreamed events.
Custom Repertoire
Set lists are coordinated in advance and tailored to your event theme, genre, or occasion. Song selections are available upon request.
Larger Ensembles
For events requiring a grander sound, larger choir configurations are available upon special request. Contact us to discuss sizing, availability, and pricing.
