I want to thank you again for the catering you provided for my son's Bar Mitzvah party in our home. Every detail, from food to setup to service, was exceptional.

When I arrived home just as the party was about to begin, the kitchen was gorgeous! It looked like a Hollywood soundstage, neat and tidy, with all the lights on and so much colorful, beautifully presented food. You and your staff of five were working like finely tuned clockwork. The living, family, and dining rooms had been transformed with elegantly set dining tables; it looked like a wedding. As the party progressed, your staff was simultaneously invisible and perfectly courteous while passing hors d'oeuvres, tending to drinks, setting up the buffet, and cleaning up. The cleanup job was excellent!

There aren't sufficient words to describe how delicious all the food was. All of our guests (yes, all of them!) told us how much they enjoyed it. Special thanks to you for working with me to offer a good selection of vegan and non-vegan dishes. With the many vegetarian and vegan guests we had, this worked perfectly. Everything was excellent, and my personal favorites from our menu were the potato pancakes with apple chutney; the stuffed mushrooms with artichokes and spinach; the arugula salad; and the horseradish crusted salmon with the preserved lemon aioli. The salmon was one of the biggest hits. When people wanted snacks later, that was the first thing they asked for! Also, some of the kids told me the mac and cheese was the best they had ever had.
