I attended the Mercer Victoria Days with my three girls. Devin had a very professional face painting booth set up so I decided to get the girl's faces done. In a word, his face painting skills are fantastic! I have seen many face painters but Devin is one of the best I have seen. The girl's didn't want to wash their faces that night. He does the same type faces that I have seen in amusement parks that they charge $25 for at a more reasonable cost.
