August 25, 2026We hired Mai for a bachelorette party yoga flow. She was so funny and took a lot of care to give us many variations to make the flow very accessible to our diverse group. Our class with Mai was very playful and refreshing.

August 21, 2026I really enjoyed Mai’s yoga and mobility workshop! She made everything feel approachable and easy to follow, while still giving us plenty to work on. I left feeling noticeably looser and more aware of where I hold tension. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and creates such a comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend her classes/workshops!

August 21, 2026We used to host a queer yoga series with rotating instructors. Mai led one of these sessions for us and it was amazing. She was so attentive and brought in a really unique yoga flow (it was fun and challenging but also accessible). She clearly knows what she’s doing and made everyone feel safe and welcomed. Hope to bring this series back!!

Expect a yoga experience that’s challenging, approachable, and, most importantly, fun. My classes blend creative sequencing, functional movement, and a little bit of humor to help people feel stronger and more comfortable in their bodies.
Whether it’s a corporate wellness event, private session, workshop, or group class, I tailor the experience to the people in the room. I’m comfortable working with all experience levels and love finding ways to make movement accessible without making it feel intimidating or overly serious.
Clients can expect thoughtful instruction, a welcoming environment, and a class that leaves people feeling like they actually got something out of it, whether that’s a good stretch, a new skill, a challenge, or simply an hour to breathe and move.
Hi! I’m Mai, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in the DFW area. I started practicing yoga 10+ years ago as a way to support my mental health, and what started as a coping tool quickly turned into something I absolutely loved. I took my first teacher training with zero plans to actually teach, but after years of feeling burnt out in corporate America, I decided to take a leap and turn my love of movement into my full-time job. And honestly, I haven’t looked back!
Movement is a huge part of my life. Outside of yoga, I run, strength train, and boulder, and I love bringing pieces of all of those practices into my teaching. I’ve also had the chance to meet and work with people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels, which has shaped the way I teach. My goal is to make yoga feel approachable, empowering, and safe, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
When I’m not teaching, I’m probably hanging out with animals. My husband and I foster kittens, and we have 2 cats and 3 dogs of our own (yes, a zoo). We also love to travel and are huge foodies!
