Free has been creatively expressing herself through athletics, dance, and performance since she was a young child. As an adult, she has trained in circus arts and fire performance, including stilts, silks, specialty day, UV and LED prop manipulation, and fire dancing and eating.

Additionally, Free is an experienced yoga teacher and enjoys teaching private lessons and workshops that merge the creative arts and yogic path.

Free also enjoys dreaming up characters for special events, creating custom costuming and makeup that fit each audience's individual needs.
