I'm truly sorry you weren’t satisfied with your rebooked 90 min. LED gig.

Canceling < 3 hrs. prior to scheduled arrival for an initial 60 min. LED booking for your outdoor event makes finding other work difficult on such short notice. I understand frustration in the inability to apply the full rate to a future event. I offered the deposit for a later event in hope of better weather.

Fortunately, your new requested date was available. I offered custom graphics for LED props or other suitable options as thanks for rebooking. I gladly honored your request for additional performance time. Your new outdoor event date also forecast bad weather that held off for the full scheduled performance time & a few minutes over until the event’s end.

On event day, I asked if there was anything specific that I should know. You mentioned a fire act, which was not scheduled for this event. I would have loved to provide more interactive performance, but ambient performance was confirmed in previous conversation. I’d happily bring props to share & offer more engaging activities had I’d known your preference. I value this chance to more clearly define performance styles & avoid future miscommunication.

I set up a camera on scheduled breaks to offer a thank you video to the youth. I'm sorry you felt this inappropriate. I got positive feedback from guests & feel I engaged with people in meaningful ways. I used my leviwand to loop around kids, joked with crowds, & had kids literally jump through hoops with me. However, I appreciate your perspective & growing as a performer & professional.

I also encourage reading agreements carefully & being specific about expectations. As mentioned, I am friendly! I welcome feedback even for events in progress. If you want something, just ask. I’ll do my best to help!
