We are wht.rbbt.obj (pronounced White Rabbit Object), a Chicago-based / female fronted alt/garage rock band with a sound described by the NPR show Sound Opinions as “Roadhouse Raunch.” They reviewed our first studio single, Jolene’s Reply, and had lots of great things to say about it, like “It swings like a wrecking ball.”
While we are a “new band,” we are all seasoned performers, highlighted by our lead vocalist. She has fronted bands on the main stages at Summerfest in the past, as well as opening at Sundance for Gary Clark, Jr.
We are currently seeking opportunities to play as an opening act or in a showcase.

We are a "femme fatale fronted," guitar driven alt rock outfit (Think along the lines of Jack White, The Black Keys, The Arctic Monkeys version of alt rock) from Chicago called wht.rbbt.obj ("White Rabbit Object"). The band started in 2020, playing shows in 2021, and in 2022 we started touring the US a little, and did some minor festivals. We are continuing to tour the US in 2023, and we will be doing an SXSW showcase, and we just found out we were selected to play Summerfest this year in Milwaukee. Besides the festivals mentioned above, we are also making stops in Dallas, Waco, Nashville, Detroit, Springfield, IL and Sandusky, OH - so far. Besides SXSW and Summerfest, we are also on the bill for 4 other regional festivals this summer.
Our most recent single, Once More Down The Rabbit Hole, has won songwriting awards already. And we as a band, won a Critics Choice Award at the Richmond International Film and Music Festival (Richmond, VA) in 2022 for our performance there.
Fairly typical 4 piece rock band set-up with a lead vocalist who switches from rhythm guitar to keyboards. She is a Hammond endorsed Artist.
