For over 15 years, I’ve been a student of human potential, psychology, performance improvement, relationships and personal growth & development. I earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources with a Counseling foundation, have completed 3 different Coach training programs, and I am a Certified Coach.

My education and experience form the foundation of my work in helping people, women in particular, to improve the quality of their lives, and relationships. That’s why as a Speaker, Certified Life Coach and Relationship Coach, I specialize in helping Women to experience the LOVE of their lives, starting with falling in love with themselves. Since answering my calling to “Educate & Inspire Women,” I've spoken to countless women, men and youth.
