July 4, 2025We had 4 servers scheduled for our outdoor event. They arrived on time and when our separately scheduled bartender no showed, one of the servers stepped up and took over those duties. The 3 remaining servers were all nice but one was very young (teens) and another was working as a server for the 1st time. That was definitely not what was sold to us as experienced servers. While we had written notes for them and provided clear simple direction, they struggled the entire evening. Unfortunately, the best way to describe their work was inexperienced. If not for the one server filling in as the bartender, the review would have been lower. If you say you provide experienced staff, then that’s what you need to send. Would definitely not use again and highly recommend considering other options for server assistance.

June 2, 2024I hosted my yearly Memorial Day party with around 50+ family and friends. I wanted to enjoy myself and didn't want to be managing the buffet all day or solicit family members to do so. I called Miss Kim. Miss Kim and Kennedy were our servers and they were fantastic.
They were on time (although I wasn't). They walked through the doors ready to work (fully uniformed), needed very little direction, were extremely efficient, resourceful and personable. They helped with any and everything and washed all of the dishes. Everyone is still asking me who they were. They really helped to make the Memorial Holiday special and run smoothly. I would highly recommend them for events large and small. I just put in a request with GigSalad within a week and a half and the needs were met very well. I'd be very comfortable to book them to help with any size party, big or small. Highly recommended! Professional, hard working, excellent customer service, and very friendly. My brother will be having a 4th of July celebration and I recommended he hire Miss Kim's services. This company will definitely be my go to for every event I host!
