So many issues with the service, please beware before you hire. To begin, I had been in constant communication with the person in charge for months and months before the event (since January and the event was in September) and she conveniently forgot to tell us her service prices had gone up until a week before the wedding when I would not be able to find help elsewhere. I will say the party itself would have not been able to run without the waiters and bartenders, and I am thankful that they kept everything going and they all came despite the poor management.
That being said, I did receive many comments from my guests that the food was portioned into tiny tiny servings and as a consequence, we ended up with trays and trays of food and had to thrown away. Over $2k worth of food in the garbage instead of my guests enjoying the food because we didn’t have anywhere with refrigeration to store it. We also hired a utility person who was hired with the sole purpose to wash/clean the dinnerware, glassware, utensils, etc.. BIG mistake! The only thing that was rinsed were the dinner and salad plates. I found this out as I, the bride, had to clean all of the utensils and ALL of the glassware (we’re talking over 500 pieces) the day after the wedding. I have yet to hear back from the person in charge with any explanations. I’m sure she won’t address this since I was sure to let her know how unprofessional it was and how uneasy it made me feel that she forgot to tell us she hiked up the prices until right before the wedding.
Just read through the comments and believe all the stuff, good and bad before hiring this company. It’s all true, not all of it is bad, but in my experience I would not hire from Helena ever again or recommend her either.

Helena was very helpful and accommodating with last minute rescheduling. The chefs sent to me were very friendly and wanted to perform their best but lacked skill on cooking hibachi. I would hire them again but probably not for cooking hibachi.

Hired a bartender from this Company. Horrible experience when my guest asked for water the bartender’s response was it’s in the refrigerator.

When I called the agency I hired him from all their response was I’m surprised.

We hosted a surprise birthday party at the house and I could not be happier with the servers we had. Not only were Danielle and Steve attentive and a great help when it came to setting up and cleaning up, they were extremely friendly and helped relieved some of the stress that comes with hosting (some of our guests actually thought they were friends invited to the party!)

They even went above and beyond my expectations when they twice ran out to purchase some items we needed: first, to get a wine bottle opener when ours broke, and again to Dunkin Donuts to get a couple Boxes of Joe when it came time to serve coffee!

I couldn't be happier and recommend anyone looking for some support to use Wait on You!
