Vic was a pleasure to work with and was able to find an outstanding server for my cocktail party. Kansas was on time and came ready to work with a fabulous attitude and smile. The charcuterie plate she made was photo worthy, and she kept the guests’ glasses filled throughout the evening. I would hire her again for an future events and will definitely work with Vic again. Highly recommended!

The staff for my wedding was excellent, they were prompt, friendly, and attentive. Booking/scheduling work Vik was easy, they were fast to respond, accommodating, and really nice. i definitely recommend booking them!

We needed a server for a backyard wedding reception with only 4 days notice because the server we were counting on became ill. Vik come through for us! Our server, Natalia, was professional and efficient. She followed our instructions and anticipated our needs. It was a delightful experience.

We hired a bartender to serve drinks at an event. He helped set up the bar, washed glasses, served, helped clean up, and helped take items to our car. There was nothing he wouldn’t help with; a true partner in a successful event.

The servers for our Christmas Eve family/friends gathering at our home were GREAT! They arrived on time, asked what I wanted them to do and went right to the task of doing it. They helped me prepare a few dishes that needed to go into the oven and took care of organizing the buffet table while I visited with guests. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards . I would hire them again in a second! Thank you.

Fantastic! Vik was extremely responsive right from the beginning and throughout! It made me feel confident that he would send a good server and he did! Gabriel was fantastic! He took initiative throughout the party from everything to offering to tray pass food to making the best hot chocolate!!! All of our guests were so impressed! Vik replied with a quote very quickly and was very responsive and was able to book two servers (Willis and Gabriel) within an hour for a small dinner party. Excellent and responsive service. Would definitely book again.

The team at Vik Staffing is AWESOME! We are so grateful for all they did to help make our event extra special. I contacted multiple event staffing companies and from that first phone conversation with Vik, I knew this was our guy. Vik was professional, knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease during the entire planning process. He went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly, including last minute troubleshooting of some challenges we faced in getting the catered food delivered to the site. On the day of the event not a single detail was missed. And the staff! What can I say? They are THE BEST! Analeen, Liam & the entire team were so friendly & personable. They showed up early and from start to finish were smiling all the way. They were efficient & organized with set up & clean up, they provided beautiful service and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. This was a Celebration of Life/Memorial event and the kindness, warmth and professionalism that Vik & his team showed us was phenomenal.

Ama handled the full bar extremely professionally and was so pleasant to all the guests and kept the drinks flowing seamlessly. She has a very friendly personality that come through on each interaction with the guests. She gets the highest recommendation.

Will handled all the appetizer preparation and had all the guests feed routinely. Additionally he managed all the entrees in the chaffing dishes without any problem at all. He has a very friendly personality and wanted to make sure all the guests had the best experience. He gets the highest recommendation as well.

I will definitely hire them again through GigSalad and keep using them as my go to service for staff and bar.

I can't say enough great things about Vik's Staffing. I'm a wedding planner, and hired Vik and his staff for a wedding I was coordinating for a bride who is also a wedding planner. Vik was incredibly responsive during the planning process and took all our changes with grace. On the day of the event all staff showed up on time and/or early, and got to work immediately upon my instruction! They were fast, efficient, hard working, self-starters, and such wonderfully nice and fun people! Everything got done on time, and done well! Their care and hard work made my job and the event go so well, both the bride and myself were so impressed and grateful! I can't recommend them enough. Vik Staffing provided two great staff, Athena and Miguel. They arrive on time and immediately jumped in to helping our caterers. They were professional, thoughtful, and kind.
