1. Professionalism First: We arrive early for load-in and sound check to ensure everything is perfect before your first guest arrives.
2. Full Production: We provide our own professional sound system (PA) and stage lighting suitable for standard venues.
3. Flexibility: We work directly with you or your planner on the timeline. If speeches run long or dinner is early, we adjust seamlessly.
4. Volume Control: We understand the difference between "dinner music" volume and "dance party" volume. We keep it appropriate for the moment.
Ultraphonics is the culmination of years of musical experience, bringing together top talent from Ann Arbor, Detroit, and the Downriver area. We formed with a singular mission: to be the party band that we would want to hire.
We pride ourselves on a high-fidelity sound ("Ultraphonics") that replicates the energy of the original recordings while adding our own live flair. From the tight rhythm section to soaring vocals, every member is a pro. We specialize in reading the crowd—knowing exactly when to play a slow jam to give guests a break, and when to drop a high-energy anthem to fill the dance floor.
We have gigged extensively across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio, bringing professional entertainment to weddings, festivals, corporate mixers, and private parties.
We are a fully self-contained unit. We bring our own PA system, mixing board, microphones, and instruments.
For larger events (500+ guests) or specialized venues, we are happy to coordinate with an external A/V team if provided.
