Two Or More Hands

Maritha and her helper were professional, efficient, capable, and kept our somewhat chaotic self-catered wedding reception running smoothly. Maritha knows her business well and is worth every penny. We highly recommend Two or More Hands!

We were having a dinner party for eighteen and knew we needed help if we were to also enjoy the party. Not knowing where to turn we turned, of course, to the Internet. Maritha from Two or More Hands was quick to return our email and when we spoke on the phone she was pleasant and professional. On the day of the party, let's just say I was a little bit behind when she arrived. She immediately jumped in and helped me get ready for the party. During the party she was pleasant and conscientious of the guests needs. The serving of hors devoures, plating of the food, serving dinner...everything was perfect. When the party was over, she cleaned and left the kitchen and serving area spotless.

We had a birthday celebration for 30 people and wanted some help. We contacted Maritha, told her about the party, she quoted us immediately and we hired her for the date. She and and one of her staff arrived early (thank goodness!) and immediately took charge and quickly got our food ready for the party. Both of the servers were extremely pleasant and attentive to our guests. When the party was over they cleared the plates and glasses and cleaned the kitchen. That was a lot of work! We're really happy with Two Or More Hands and plan on hiring them for future parties.

While Maritha's company is cleverly called Two Or More Hands, having her in my kitchen is more like twenty more hands. She is always calm, cool, and collected; infinitely competent regardless of the task; resourceful when there is a last minute issue; and mostly a very lovely person to have at any party. I highly recommend her. Just don't need her when I do!
