Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we always strive to deliver exceptional service for every event.

However, I must respectfully address several inaccuracies in your review, as they do not reflect the reality of our communication and service leading up to your graduation party.

Regarding pre-event communication:
After a thorough review of all our records—including emails, GigSalad messages, and phone logs—we have no record of any communication from you requesting a cocktail menu or ingredient list prior to the event. We respond to all client inquiries promptly, and had we received your requests, we absolutely would have provided guidance. The first and only contact we had regarding specific supplies came through your wife on the day of the event, at which point our bartender was already en route.

Regarding the bartender and supplies:
Our bartender arrived prepared to execute the agreed-upon menu of margaritas and mojitos. However, upon arrival, she found that the available ingredients were far below the quantity needed for your guest count. Despite this, she improvised with what was on hand and did her absolute best to serve your guests under challenging circumstances. We are proud of her professionalism in that moment.

Regarding gratuity:
While tips are never required, they are customary for service industry professionals. Our bartender worked diligently through your event, and it was disappointing that she did not receive a tip, especially given that she went above and beyond with limited resources.

We take all feedback seriously and will continue to refine our processes. That said, we cannot take responsibility for issues that stem from a lack of communication on the client's side. We wish you all the best in your future events and hope you'll consider reaching out directly if you'd like to discuss this further.
