June 4, 2019Got a call about 3 hours before he was scheduled to be at our sons 1st birthday party "saying he couldn't make it because he was throwing up and had the sh***". Sounded more like he was hungover to me! Anyway he could have called in the morning not mid afternoon to cancel. My wife was heart broken on the verge of tears when I told her the bad news. Thank God we were able to find a replacement at the last minute and she was awesome. I would not recommend hiring Troy's cartoon character unless you want to be disappointed. 👎👎👎 I have to select a category in order to submit my review but nothing was provided except almost making our son's 1st birthday party a disaster!

I was not hang over i was sick that day then Sunday evening went to ER with stomach pain and just getting out of hospital now Tues afternoon 230pm so now i have bad rap what you wont of me... I said i was sorry and i did badly want to come..... And did you want me to get your kids sick or be there and have to keep on going to the restroom. Thanks alot for this...i dont drink too

December 25, 2018First he came to the door. All the kids were excited to see him. Then he went back to his car for something!! They’re all wondering why he drove!! Where was the sled & reindeer. Then his costume was horrible. You could see the brown hair under the beard & his clothes under the suit. He never mentioned anything I asked him to. I guess you live & learn. Never again. Total waste of money!
