Trai Valentine Yoga

I have taken yoga instruction from Trai for 10 months and she has done a phenomenal job of not only walking students through poses step by step, but she also incorporates meditation, mindfulness and the importance of different methods of breathing. I have learned so much from her, not only about yoga, but also about myself. My self confidence has increased and I can achieve poses that were unknown to me a year ago. I plan to continue yoga with her for many years. Trai has encouraged me to grow as a yogi and as a person.

Trai is very qualified to teach her yoga students, but she is also innately talented as a teacher. She is clear and articulate, creative in her sequencing, compassionate and loving in her presentation. She's knowledgeable in a lot of area of health and healing, as well as meditation and mindfulness. Her classes focus on listening to your own body and honoring yourself right where you are today. Trai is very professional and provides a relaxing environment for yoga. She is very good at making sure that you are comfortable and shows how to change things up for your level.
