Since we do not provide the alcohol, we'll help you determine exactly what to purchase based on your guest count, service time, and selected cocktails. From there, you can keep things simple with professional staffing or choose a more complete experience where we provide the bar, mixers, garnishes, ice, disposables, and other essentials needed for service.

Every event is different, so we'll customize your proposal around what you actually need. Once you're booked, we'll guide you through drink selections, quantities, and final bar details so you're prepared well before the event.

Founded in Philadelphia in 2015, TopShelfTipsy was created with one goal in mind: to make hosting an exceptional bar experience effortless.

We’re more than a bartending service. We provide thoughtfully planned mobile bar experiences for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

From the first conversation to the final pour, our team helps take care of the details that make a great bar come together. Depending on your event, that can include professional bartenders and barbacks, portable and styled bar setups, signature cocktail planning, premium mixers and fresh garnishes, ice and coolers, disposables, and customized beverage stations.

Because every celebration is different, we tailor the experience around your guest count, venue, style, and vision. Whether you simply need an experienced bartender or want us to handle nearly everything except the alcohol, we'll help you build the right level of service.

Once booked, we'll also guide you through cocktail selections and provide a customized alcohol shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase for your event.

A few things to know when booking TopShelfTipsy:

Alcohol: Due to Pennsylvania regulations, clients are responsible for purchasing and providing the alcohol for their event. Once booked, we'll provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count, service time, and selected drinks.

Staffing: Staffing recommendations are based on your guest count, event length, beverage menu, and service style to help keep service running smoothly. A barback may be required or recommended for larger events.

What's Included: Every event is different. You can book professional staffing only or build a more complete bar experience that includes mixers, fresh garnishes, ice, coolers, disposables, portable bars, styling, and other enhancements.

Setup: Our team arrives before bar service begins to complete the necessary setup. Additional setup time may be required for styled bars or more elaborate installations.

Insurance: TopShelfTipsy carries General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Certificates of Insurance can be provided when required by your venue.

Booking: A signed agreement and initial payment are required to officially reserve your event date. Dates are not held without both.

Gratuity: Gratuity arrangements will be outlined in your proposal based on whether a tip jar is permitted at your event.

Travel: Travel or delivery fees may apply depending on your event location and equipment requirements.
