What to expect

Clients can expect a professional, seamless booking experience centered around finding the right comedian for the right audience. Through Skylark Talent Management, I work closely with clients to understand the tone of the event, audience size, venue setup, and overall goals in order to match them with talent that fits the room.

Whether the event is a private dinner, corporate function, fundraiser, comedy night, or special event, the focus is on delivering comedians who are reliable, engaging, and appropriate for the setting. From initial inquiry through event completion, clients receive clear communication, logistical coordination, and talent that arrives prepared and ready to deliver.

My background managing live comedy at New York Comedy Club and working on national tours has provided firsthand experience in what makes comedy succeed in live settings, allowing me to guide clients toward bookings that create a strong audience experience.

About

With five years of experience managing operations at New York Comedy Club, I have built a strong foundation in live comedy, talent coordination, and event execution. In 2024, I served as tour manager for Chris Distefano, overseeing live dates and logistics across the road, and also managed Ronny Chieng’s two sold-out performances at Radio City Music Hall.

Most recently, I founded Skylark Talent Management, a talent management company focused on representing comedians and helping develop live opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term career growth.

Additional booking notes

Technical requirements vary depending on the comedian, venue, and style of event, but most comedy bookings require a basic sound setup that allows the performer to be clearly heard by the audience. For traditional stand-up performances, a handheld microphone, speaker system, and a designated performance area are required.

For private events, corporate functions, and smaller gatherings, requirements can often be adjusted to fit the room and format. If a formal stage is not available, a clear focal area for the comedian is usually sufficient. Adequate lighting and minimal background noise help create the best audience experience.

All technical details will be reviewed in advance so clients understand exactly what is needed before the event. Guidance is also provided on room setup, audience placement, and timing to help ensure the comedian performs in the strongest possible environment.
