Terry Withers is an improv comedian, teacher, facilitator, and the founder of The Radical Agreement Project, an improv company built around one simple idea: people are funnier, smarter, and more creative when they feel supported.

Terry began his improv career in New York City at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, where he worked as a performer, teacher, sales manager, and corporate workshop leader. Since then, he has spent nearly two decades bringing improv to theaters, classrooms, companies, conferences, universities, senior communities, and private events around the country.

His specialty is creating comedy experiences that are lively, intelligent, and inclusive. Terry knows how to get a room laughing without making guests feel embarrassed, singled out, or forced into something they do not want to do. That makes his work a strong fit for corporate groups, mixed-age audiences, professional events, retirement communities, and anyone looking for interactive comedy that still feels polished and safe.

As the founder of The Radical Agreement Project, Terry leads a national network of improvisers and facilitators who perform shows, host events, and run team-building workshops designed around each group. His events are spontaneous, playful, and completely unique because the best moments are made with the people in the room.

Our only requirement is that the venue you host us at allows us to be seen and heard by the audience easily.

Workshops work best in space that are private, flexible and free of tripping and head banging hazards. A lightweight chair for each participant is required. Coffee/water advised.
