What is a Close-Up Magician?
You’ve seen them on “America’s Got Talent”, David Blaine TV specials and Las Vegas Illusion shows - a Close up magician (or sometimes referred to as a strolling magician) will move between all your wedding guests providing them some amazing close up magic and miniature illusions that occur in their own hands. Close-up Magic is a great ice breaker for family and friends at your wedding who have never met. Sometimes a simple magic trick can provide them a topic for discussion for the evening and beyond.

Tommy Ellison is a Birmingham native and is a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. In addition to his public appearances, he has several routines published in magic magazines and has appeared at numerous magic conventions entertaining other magicians. What is the Gap?
The Gap is the one portion of the wedding experience often overlooked in your planning. The Gap is that window of time immediately following the ceremony leading up to the arrival of the bridal party at the reception. It can be an hour - it can be longer. While you are laughing with your friends taking pictures, your reception guest are growing bored as they await your arrival. The DJ or band can play music but tradition requires no one dance until you arrive. It can be a problem - I have the solution.
