The improv-based exercises are fun, but the goal is practical: helping people listen better, adapt faster, contribute ideas more confidently, and respond when the unexpected happens.

Toby builds in short debriefs throughout so participants can connect what just happened in the room to the conversations, meetings, and teamwork they deal with every day.
