What to expect

Expect an interactive experience—not a lecture.

Tom gets the audience involved from the beginning as participants discover the four Color Code personalities and begin recognizing themselves, their coworkers, and their teams in a completely new way.

Depending on the experience you choose, your group may:

• Discover their primary Color and core driving motive
• Learn the strengths and potential limitations of each personality
• Explore why different personalities communicate and make decisions differently
• Participate in fun team exercises and real-world scenarios
• Learn how to communicate more effectively with each Color
• Identify common sources of workplace conflict and misunderstanding
• Discover how different personalities respond to leadership, pressure, change, and collaboration
• Leave with practical tools they can use immediately

Expect humor, audience participation, storytelling, and plenty of “Now I understand why you do that!” moments.

Every experience can be customized around your organization and event goals.

Programs can range from a high-energy 45-minute introduction to a 60–90 minute interactive workshop or a more in-depth team experience that includes individual Color Code assessments.

The goal isn't simply for your team to learn their Colors.

It's for them to walk away understanding themselves—and each other—better than they did when they walked in.

About

Tom Quigley has spent much of his career doing one thing: building people, businesses, and communities.

An entrepreneur, former CEO, author, mentor, and Certified Color Code Facilitator, Tom brings decades of real-world leadership and business experience into every room he works with. He has built and led companies, worked alongside entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, developed communities, and experienced firsthand what happens when very different personalities are expected to work toward the same goal.

That experience led Tom to a question that changed the way he looked at leadership and relationships:

Why do we do what we do?

Color Code provided a surprisingly powerful answer.

Unlike many personality systems that primarily describe behavior, Color Code focuses on the motive behind the behavior. Tom helps participants understand four core driving motives—Power, Intimacy, Peace, and Fun—and, more importantly, what those differences mean when people work, communicate, lead, make decisions, and handle conflict together.

Tom's workshops aren't designed to feel like another corporate training session.

They're conversations.

They're interactive.

They're fun.

And there are usually quite a few moments when someone points across the room and says, “That explains you!”

Tom uses humor, storytelling, audience participation, and real-world situations to help participants recognize themselves and the people around them. The objective isn't to put people into boxes. It's to give them a common language for understanding one another.

Participants leave with practical insights they can begin using immediately—in meetings, leadership, sales, customer relationships, conflict resolution, and even at home.

Tom can customize experiences for leadership teams, small businesses, corporate groups, conferences, retreats, networking organizations, and entrepreneurial communities.

Sessions can range from an engaging introduction to the Color Code system to deeper interactive workshops incorporating assessments, team exercises, communication strategies, and leadership development.

Tom is also the author of books focused on personal growth and transformation and has spent years mentoring entrepreneurs and helping people navigate change in both their professional and personal lives.

His philosophy is simple:

When you understand what drives you, you become more intentional about how you show up.

When you understand what drives someone else, you stop expecting them to think exactly like you.

And when a team learns to do both, something powerful happens.

They don't just communicate better.

They understand each other better.

That's the experience Tom brings to the room.

Additional booking notes

Color Code experiences are flexible and can be adapted to your venue, audience size, and event format.

Typical setup:

• For smaller groups, no special staging or sound equipment is required.
• For larger audiences, a wireless handheld or lavalier microphone is preferred.
• A projector or large display with HDMI capability is helpful for presentations but is not required for every program.
• Workshops involving team exercises benefit from a room where participants can interact comfortably.
• Tables are helpful for longer workshops but are not required for keynote-style presentations.

For programs that include individual Color Code assessments, assessments can be completed prior to the event so participants arrive ready to explore their results.

Programs can be customized for approximately 45 minutes, 60–90 minutes, or extended half-day team experiences.

Tom is happy to coordinate with event planners in advance to tailor the program to the audience, event objectives, available space, and schedule.
