Thomas did a wonderful job playing at our reception! I would hire him again!
Thomas has a beautiful talent with both the piano and the accordion. His style was perfect for our Fall Formal Italian themed dinner event. I will definitely have him back.

What to Expect
I provide soft but elegant background music, helping to set the proper mood for your event. My music can bring a feeling of sophistication, relaxation, romance, or excitement to your occasion. I specialize in the music of the American songbook, but my repertoire also consists of many popular songs, jazz standards, theatrical music, and original compositions if requested. I'm content to stay in the background if necessary but can also come to the foreground when needed. I have no problem playing special requests if notified in advance. I can easily accompany any act you may have in mind for your event. For a more prominent and lively atmosphere, I can assemble a larger group ranging anywhere from duo (with bass, or with sax/trombone), piano trio (drums and bass), quartet (drums, bass, saxophone/trombone). I can guarantee that the music will be invigorating, diverse, and grooving, but never overbearing.
For a more exotic act, you may consider hiring me as an accordionist! The repertoire does not differ largely, but consists of more European songs suited to the instrument. The accordion is always sure to be a hit and can add a European flavor to your event!
I am a jazz pianist and accordionist based out of Greensboro, NC who performs regularly throughout North Carolina. I am the jazz piano instructor at the Music Academy of North Carolina. I play professionally several days a week for private events, restaurants, jazz clubs and many more. I have an expansive memorized repertoire of the American songbook, jazz standards, and popular song as well as a degree in Music Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. You can expect the utmost professionalism in booking, attire, attitude, and musicality from me no matter the event.
Additional Booking Notes
If a piano is provided on location, I don't require anything! If not, I just need a space to play and electricity for a keyboard.
