We play popular crowd-pleaser covers across multiple decades. Our twist is that we run drums and percussion off a laptop, and then perform all the instrumental and vocal parts to get that dynamic live sound.

December 5, 2025I hired the Urban Villagers for a Holiday Party and they were fantastic! Everyone loved them and their wide variety of songs! They were also incredibly communicative and accommodating to our theme. Thank you so much for making our 1st ever holiday party so memorable!

August 22, 2023We had the absolute pleasure of having The Urban Villagers perform at our company's 40th Anniversary celebration, and we couldn't be happier with their performance! They brought an incredible energy and talent to our event that truly made it unforgettable.
They provide us with a list of songs they will play and sing based on our event and were responsive to our requests; and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. It's clear they're not just a band; they're a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Our guests are still raving about the amazing music and entertainment provided by The Urban Villagers. If you're looking for a band to elevate your event and create lasting memories, I wholeheartedly recommend them. And I can't wait for the opportunity to work with them again in the near future! Thank you so much!!!

December 5, 2022I stumbled upon them playing at Summerside beach. Really on point. Great variety of songs perfectly executed. Both have great voices, and awesome repertoire.

Price range: Starts at $400
Languages: English, Hindi
Gig length: 30 - 240 minutes
Our goal is to play songs with wide appeal (no metal, no rap, etc), and our set list has been chosen accordingly. We often end up playing a few requests as well (sometimes a lot of requests). Depending on what you are looking for, we can crank up the volume for some thumping dance floor appropriate music, or we can play quieter for more of a background music vibe.
If you have any special requests (e.g. can one of the guests sing a song), let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Rather than having a large band, our twists is to run the drums and percussion from a laptop. That way we can bring the full-band sound without the full-band cost (nobody pays attention to the drummer). We have both been performing for over a decade.
Let us know if you have a PA or not. We can bring one if needed.

All we need is a place to set up and an electrical outlet. We will bring all the mics, instruments, and other gear.
If your venue has a PA, that would be helpful. If not, we can provide one at an additional cost.
