A 3-Piece (Piano, Bass, Guitar) Elton John Tribute Act. Specializing in Elton's early works, The Rocketmen strive to provide a show that would make Elton himself proud. The band focuses on recreating the excitement people felt when they heard Elton John's music for the first time. Having The Rocketmen at your party is a guaranteed musical experience you'll never forget.

There are not a lot of people on this earth that have the vocal ability and stamina to sing (and I mean SING) 2+ hours of Elton material, Taron Egerton certainly needs a breaks in between film takes. Rocketman's frontman performs Elton John's catalog with an ease and command of the material that is practically superhuman. Not to mention how much of an absolute beast he is on the keys. The group's energy did not let up for a moment during their 140 minute set, and passerby's continued to wander in off the street in search of the source this angelic sound. It should also be noted that the bassist has some KILLER back up vocal lines. These guys are not long for the small stage, catch them while their cheap and accessible so you can say you saw them way back when.

We offer two different versions of our show! The Rockstar edition is full of energy and tries to recreate the style of show that Elton put on himself in the late 60's. The Lounge edition is more laid back and is meant to be a celebration of the music. Not as interactive, but very enjoyable for a party where the music doesn't take over!
New Orleans based Elton Tribute Act, The Rocketmen wanted to bring more energy to the tribute scene, by recreating the energy and showmanship of the early days of Elton John's shows.
We do need a dedicated space in the area to make sure that we can fit all members of the band. We will always provide our small PA system, unless otherwise requested.
