About
Background:
Ralph was born and raised in Houston, Texas into a family of professional musicians. His grandfather a well known conductor/musician, his father a famous trumpet player and his mom a talented vocalist. At the age of seven Ralph started playing the drums. Later he went on to play professionally and tour with several well known bands. He also sang back up vocals. In his teens, Ralph found out he had a talent for dancing after winning numerous dance contests with his sister.
While performing as a drummer for an Elvis Tribute Band he found out that he had a talent for impersonating Elvis when the band leader featured Ralph at a local show. Ralph went on to win many local and national contests as an Elvis Tribute Artist starting his solo career. In August of 2001 the well known Elvis Entertainers Network accepted Ralph for membership ( a prestigious all Elvis booking agency in Chicago, endorsed by Graceland). This agency is very selective in the Elvis professionals they accept as members.
One of the most impressive features of Ralph’s talent is his ability to portray Elvis from the early 1950’s to the 1970’s. Audiences are amazed with Ralph’s ability to sound, dance, and look like Elvis in all the different eras. Most artists are limited in the era they portray. Ralph has an exciting show with a large selection of unique costumes ( many from the 32 Elvis movies), an endless repertoire of songs ( over 600) and dance moves that always elicit screams from the audience.
Numerous media sources have taken note of Ralph. He has been featured on national television shows CNN and Entertainment Tonight. He has also appeared many other times on ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX. Newspapers nationally and locally have featured articles on Ralph’s show with rave reviews to include: The Houston Chronicle, The Star, The Herald, The Associated Press and many others. Ralph has been hired as a professional actor appearing in his own local television show in Houston and starred in a nationally televised commercial for a Las Vegas corporation ( aired during a Dallas Maverick basketball game). Internationally, Scotland fans know Ralph because he was featured in a 30 minute radio show live from Graceland. He impressed the audience by singing a cappella.
Ralph is a full time professional Elvis Tribute Artist that feels blessed to be following his dream of being an entertainer.

Testimonials
Elvis" Ralph was splendid! He's very talented and easy to work with! We have used him for several different types of events and he's been a hit each time! We highly recommend him!
– Maria E.
Ralph (Houston Elvis) was amazing! As his demo videos illustrate he is very charismatic, and has the singing voice and dancing talent to really WOW the crowd. Ralph captivated the attention of the kids for nearly an hour straight (that is impressive because a different local animated children's musician could not hold this same group of kids' attention for 5 minutes at another event a few weeks earlier.) In addition to the kids loving Ralph, the adults also loved his Elvis music. I highly recommend Ralph. He was great on the business end too and brought everything he needed. did not miss a beat.

Ralph Elizondo was Awesome and very professional. We as a group at MedCare wanted to give my boss a suprise by having an Elvis impersonator come and perform for her birthday. All of us had a great time and Mr. Elizondo was very professional and has an excellent voice. Thanks for the great performance.
– Bertha S.
What makes Ralph stands out the most is his sincerity. He is also personal, hard-working, & giving. He goes the extra mile to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. He truly loves what he does. You can see & hear it in his voice. He is the perfect Elvis impersonator. Ralph's appearance at my mom's 70th party made the evening so special & memorable. We would definitely use his service again.

We hired Houston Elvis for a wedding reception at the Scared Spur Ranch. Ralph is the BEST hands down. This man will blow you away! He is very personable, professional, and extremely talented. I could not find one thing wrong with him even if I tried. He sounds and looks the part. I asked him to sing a song halfway through the performance and I really thought I was talking to Elvis, it was very cool! He does take on a whole other being. His videos do not do this man's beautiful voice, face and persona justice. We kept him for 3 hours. He went from rinestones, Army, and Leather Elvis for us and not a single person, mostly 20-30 year old, was not enjoying it. Thank You!
– Richard K.
AWESOME! Ralph exceeded all expectations and then some. He played to the group, engaged his audience, put on a fantastic show, was professional, polite and accomadating. We were a small group and he made it feel like we were all at Caesar's Palace in Vegas seeing the real Elvis! I would have no problems recommending him to anyone for any function! He made my party an unforgettable experience for my friends and I look forward to having him perform again at other functions, THANK YOU, and GREAT JOB! Great to work with!
– Marcelle B.
Ralph was just as pleasant and accommodating as he was when I initially contacted him. He made himself available to hear a lot of the details leading up to our annual employee recognition event. He did everything that he committed to doing with such enthusiasm! He and his wife Robin reviewed our special request and made our function a HUGE Success! Immediately following our event he was asked to perform for our corporate event a week later where the crowd is expected to be over 300 +. He is truly talented and did an outstanding job customizing his performance around our theme while staying focused on the audience and engaging them in his performance. I received NUMEROUS compliments about that event being the “BEST EVER”…I’m not sure how I will top this event next year!
– Laura R.
"One of the best Elvis Impersonators in the world, I've ever seen. I'm a big fan of Ralph's. I would like to build an entire show around him I especially love Ralph's versatility, that's hard to find."
– Dean Scott ( The Sands from Las Vegas)
As a US Marine Corps Wife, it is hard to find services in the "civilian world" that are accomodating to our needs. Ralph worked with me and made me feel like he was working with me personally on a one on one basis. Even though I booked him months in advance, he checked in on a regular basis and answered all my phone calls when I had concerns. The party was a surprise and stayed so til the end. He was well worth the wait and everyone enjoyed him. Several of the guest have seen Elvis on several occasions and told me throughout the evening that Ralph put on just about as good a show as the original he portrays. Thank you.
– Amanda S.
Ralph Elizondo is the consummate professional. He arrived early to set-up for his performance. His costumes were elegant and varied. His performance was right on target and if we didn’t know better we would have thought the real “Elvis” had just performed for our party. In addition, Ralph’s love for Elvis’ music and his knowledge of the “King” was exceptional. The greatest compliment that I can pay Ralph is that he has a heart for people and uses his talent to minister to people every where. My Mother was thrilled that Ralph made her birthday extra special and one to remember.
– Phyllis H.
"Not only did Ralph Elizondo bring the house down, he closed it down also. Mr. Elizondo was good enought to extend his playing time and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Everyone - the invited, the non-invited restaurant customers, the restaurant staff - had a great time. We will definitely use him at least once a year."
– Orlando B.
"We were very impressed. Everyone from the kids, to the parents had thier jaws dropped to the floor. The boys were in a state of awe at first. Speechless, actually then they came out of their state of shock and danced, sang and had a great time. He really put everyone at ease and got the crowd going. Ralph was fantastic. He even did a few numbers and honored my dad and his service to our counrty. Ralph had several of the adults up and dancing and had everyone clapping. One of our guests was just blown away by the fact that "Elvis" was really in the building. We will definately hire Ralph again in the future. We had the times of our lives and we will remember his performance and overall willingness to make our son's birhday and our family celebration of life after cancer a wonderful, wonderful experience!"
