The R Factor brings a totally different experience to weddings than any other band. We have been doing this for such a long time with the same members, we really bring a “show” which other bands often lack. When people book us, they are getting a truly audience engaging experience. That is what really sets The R Factor apart from other bands. The R Factor is a group of 6 singers and an 8 piece band. Our band includes a 3 piece horn section, a 4 piece rhythm section and 1 violin.

Whether they are singing classic rock, motown, contemporary, r&b, country, standards or the latest dance hits you’ll think you are listening to your favorite artist live.
Our singers will effortlessly MC the entire evening ensuring a seamless flaw throughout out your event and these dynamic performers will have you and your guest on the dance floor all night. We know that your event will be one of a kind and you are doing a lot of work to prepare for it. The R Factor will help guide you through your choices and create a custom music package for you that is unique to your families, friends or company. This group of 16 musicians is the last entity to perform as The Rupert’s Orchestra of Minneapolis, and although the name has changed, The “R” Factor performs every week at clubs and private events throughout Minneapolis, and is in high demand on the Corporate and Wedding entertainment scene, performing for numerous events throughout the United States. We go out as a 6 to 16 piece band for your special occasion. This heavy performance schedule assures our corporate clients a product that is well rehearsed and extremely polished.
The R Factor (formerly the Rupert’s band) plays at Weddings, Corporate Events, Private Events, Birthdays, Anniversary Parties, etc. We would be GREAT for all Occasions.
We have over 750 songs for you to pick from (we will email you our song list, video, and more information), and will work with your budget. We supply all sound, lights, production, road crew and tech staff (we also go out as a 6-7-8-9-10++++++).
Our band consists of Bass, Drums, Guitar, Keyboards, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Flute, Trumpet, Violin, and 6 Lead Singers, Male and Female, all in Tuxes and Gowns.
