After being diagnosed with Herpes I took a deep dive into understanding shame. I spent the last 7 years diving into my understanding of life as I knew it. I motivate listeners to challenge that no matter what happens to us, we are not our diagnosis’s, the titles we have earned or the labels we carry. We are so much more than the shame we have let allow us to feel like we are doing life wrong because we aren’t living the “American Dream”.
