I booked Sharon to perform at our annual conference. It was our 40th anniversary conference so we wanted something special. Sharon Lacey is a Corporate Comedian/ Motivational Humorist who believes life should be an adventure! With a degree in Mass Communication, Sharon started out with on-air jobs in several radio and television stations, and eventually was a news producer at KGW-TV in Portland.
Wanting to make a more “positive” impact on the world, Sharon next began a career as a teacher. She is a national winner of the prestigious Disney American Teacher Award, and was awarded several other honors including TCI Oregon Teacher of the Year, and the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholarship.
At age 50, Sharon decided to take on a new challenge: Stand up comedy. She now headlines comedy clubs all across America, has been on two tours of Iraq and Kuwait to entertain U.S. troops, and just returned from her third headlining tour in Africa where she performs for Ugandan audiences in two of their tribal languages. Sharon is most proud of the fundraising work she does, delivering desperately needed supplies to the children and elderly in Ugandan villages.

The only thing I require the client to provide is a good hand-held microphone/sound system. If the microphone is wireless, please be sure that the batteries are fresh and that there are also extra new batteries standing by, just in case!
