Nichelle received her BA in business administration with a specialization in management from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA degree in business administration from Fontbonne University. She has a certificate in gerontology, social media management and 30 plus hours in mental health counseling. Nichelle is currently pursing certification in coaching, conflict resolution as well as a PhD in Advanced Human Studies in Behavior. She is a proud member of Toastmasters International, The St. Charles Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtor's and The National Sales Network.

Nichelle has represented some of the top pharmaceutical companies in sales and team development, led organizations in medical equipment sales, anchored business development in home health and hospice, served as executive director for a home health agency and liaison for community support and education, sphere-headed telemarketing and insurance sales endeavors and consulted with credit collection agencies. Her experience extends as an senior account executive and wholesale business marketing manager in the mortgage industry and a real estate broker for her own agency. Nichelle teaches collegiate level classes in business, entrepreneurship and psychology online, through webinar's and in the classroom. Her boardroom presence and engagement have proved to be impeccable and memorable.
