This business is founded on the life's work of Harold and Pamela Kurstedt who taught at Virginia Tech for over 40 years.
The skills, courseware and content is largely the published work of Dr. Harold Kurstedt.
We have taught management and leadership for government, corporations, engineering firms for years.
Our speakers are comprised of those whose lives were changed by the management concepts that the Kurstedts taught, who chose to carry on their great work in improving organizations using systems thinking methods.
One of our speakers was a military pilot and remotely piloted aircraft pilot for over 15 years with over 100 combat hours.
One of our speakers has a PhD in Education.
Other degrees held: B.S in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Virginia Tech
M.S. in Management Systems Engineering, Univ of Nebraska-Lincoln
Management positions held: many supervisory roles for large and small organizations, military and defense industry experience, in addition to consulting experience in government agencies. These broad experiences provide a large platform of stories and examples to entertain and engage audiences.

Pretty straightforward: We'll need a microphone, projector, basic powerpoint laptop or ability to connect a laptop. We request a mike and sound check along with a staff member for audio visual troubleshooting during the event.
