March 10, 2014I took one of Val's tele seminar class, and what I learned opened my eyes in a gentle way, which helped me to discover what has been keeping me stuck. I learned a tool that will help me each time throughout life that I can use to understand what is really going on and how to quickly shift it to get me to play BIG and say YES to me from a different viewpoint! It is so key to know how to turn our sabotaging thoughts and beliefs around so we can then change our behavior for the desired outcome we want! Val is so brilliant, kind and very talented with the best tools I've ever found! Val is so kind and compassionate and met me where I was at and did not push me more than I wanted. She seems to just know exactly what I need and give it with such grace.
