The Kevin Gerzevitz Trio focuses on jazz repertoire of the 1950s-60s, but maintains a flexible approach to selections to accommodate the needs of each event. We provide top-shelf musical performance and use only the best, state-of-the-art sound equipment and instruments. Kevin also plays gypsy jazz on accordion to feature early American swing and French jazz popularized in the 1930's by guitarist Django Reinhardt.

June 28, 2021Kevin’s trio was perfect for our outdoor gathering. The minute they began playing, everyone was so impressed and excited! You don’t find this quality of music easily. We had people dancing, listening, and also just enjoying the atmosphere and chatting. Kevin is always easy to communicate with and the group was just perfect! I highly recommend this trio and am looking forward to attending their public performances as well as passing on Kevin’s name to anyone who asks.

Kevin Gerzevitz is a professional musician, composer and teacher based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a keyboardist, specializing in piano, accordion and jazz organ. Kevin often performs in the SF Bay Area with Vintage Jukebox Orchestra, Turnaround Jazz Ensemble, the B3B4 Organ Jazz Quartet, as well as The Kevin Gerzevitz Trio. He holds a B.M.A. from the University of Michigan (1990), with majors in Music Theory and German, has an Orff-Schulwerk Teaching Certification from Mills College (2005), and is currently the Music & Movement specialist at Pacific Primary School in San Francisco.
