Melissa's speech has really stuck with me. Her funny stories and fascinating ideas really help to convey her points and make the day in her company incredibly memorable. Not only did I learn to think thoughtfully about my own job and career aspirations in management but I learnt to consider the roles and attitudes of my employees in a much broader context. I have a much better idea of what they are thinking now and I can relate to them much better as a result. Having implemented Melissa's ideas my office environment is a lot more harmonious and productive than before because I am on a much better wavelength with my colleagues. I can't thank Melissa enough for challenging me and showing me how to get the most from the people I work with. Their increased productivity and ideas make me look good in front of senior management.
