Tatyana sings

Overview

We play honky tonk, traditional country and Western Swing music. Our performances are tight, customized and professional, but always with a sense of humor - perfect for two-stepping, line dancing, parties and events.

The lineup is built around the amazing vocals of Tatyana Smith, with guitar, bass, drums and optional fiddle or steel players.

About

The Extras play a variety of classic country hits, honky tonk and Western Swing music. Formed from musicians in local working bands, the group includes guitarist John Cecil, bassist Lenny Nichols, drummer Greg Pracht and well-known Austin fiddle player Ileana Nikitakis. They joined with the amazing singer Tatyana Smith to create a fun and very danceable band.

Classic country songs include Ernest Tubb's "Walkin' the Floor," Don Williams' "Livin' on Tulsa Time," and Merle Haggard's "Swinging Doors." More recent hits include Josh Turner's "Your Man," Garth Brooks' "Papa Loved Mama," and George Strait's "Ace in the Hole." The Extras keep the show moving and throw in some surprises, too.

Additional booking notes

We are flexible with your space. We can provide a full PA for the band, and even additional lighting if required.
