I’m a Waco-based country artist with a passion for real country music. With a repertoire of over 1200 songs spanning every decade, my band and I can do it all. Whether it’s a wedding, private event, festival, or anything in between, you can count on a specialized show!
Backed by some of Texas' top musicians, all with national touring experience, we deliver the energy and authenticity of a true country show. Zach and his partner did an amazing job at my wedding. From making my walk down the aisle extra special to rocking out all night in the rain due to unexpected weather! They were great sports when it came to having to perform in the rain all they needed was a pop up tent and we were so grateful. His communication from booking till the wedding was great and left me with no room to stress as a bride. I would highly recommend for any event!

What to expect
This band can do it all. I play roughly 250 shows each year, including corporate events, weddings, backyard parties, and even the occasional living room. If you want a rowdy, rocking show, I'll bring a band full of the very best musicians out there. If you want mellow background music, I'll bring myself and a guitar. About
Zach Cornell comes from a town of just under 2,000 in the Texas Panhandle. From an early age, he found himself riding along in his dad's pickup to deliver feed to various ranches around the Panhandle. That's where Zach was first exposed to country music. The Hank Jr. and Charlie Daniels CDs that lived in that old pickup lit a fire for music that colored outside the lines. Those records made it clear that he'd never be content with listening to over-polished top 40 radio. Instead, he'd spend his time seeking out less mainstream artists with more authentic sounds.
Fast forward to today, and he knows as many Haggard and Jones tunes as the older generations, along with a good helping of likes of Otis Redding, Tom Petty, Jim Croce and more. Had he been born in a different time, his originals would have likely found a place on a country record released in the 70s or 90s. He isn't living in the past - just writing what he knows and what he believes country music ought to sound like. Zach has barely eclipsed 30, but that hasn't kept him from honky-tonking his way across Texas, Tennessee and everywhere in between.
