Tonya Latney is a woman on a mission — to empower women and youth to dream boldly, live purposefully, and take action toward their goals.

Guided by her life mantra, “Keep It Moving!”, Tonya believes success begins with self-belief and consistent action. Her passion for uplifting and educating others led her to create Birthing Your Dreams International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leadership skills, promoting entrepreneurship, and inspiring lifelong learning. Through mentorship, workshops, and community programs, Tonya helps women and youth “birth their dreams” and step confidently into their purpose.
Tonya’s journey to her Promised Land began as a teenage parent in the housing projects of North Philadelphia. Refusing to let her circumstances define her, she turned challenges into opportunities, proving that with education, faith, and determination, success is possible for anyone.

Today, Tonya’s work embodies resilience, empowerment, and transformation. She combines her professional expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN), MS in Psychology Coaching & Leadership (Retired) Flight Attendant with her personal passion for growth and purpose-driven living.
