Paulette Brockington's work has led her to Japan, the UK, Sweden, Germany, Norway & Canada. She is a versatile performer and was a protégé of the late Frankie Manning. She is active as a competitor, coach and judge who does a variety of styles. Additionally, she is a Fulbright Specialist for World Learning in the US State Department with a 3-year appointment ending in 2025. She is an active artist-in-residence, dance coach, choreographer in many dance genres, author and 20th century vernacular dance historian. For the last year she has been a lindy curriculum consultant for the 92nd St Y's Dance Education Laboratory and The New York City Public School District. Additionally, Paulette was is a digital creator who has made several short documentaries as well as having created two-six week virtual sessions for her Savoy Dance Bums "I'm Not Jivin', I'm Jammin' class series" which teaches vernacular jazz, Swing Era Hip Hop, Lindy Hop. swing and other genre
