Each session follows a clear and purposeful flow: identifying the problem, uncovering the root cause, and providing practical, step-by-step tools that can be applied immediately.

Expect an engaging, interactive presentation that blends teaching, humor, storytelling, and real-world exercises. Workshops can be tailored for live or virtual events and run 90 to 120 minutes, ensuring a powerful, memorable, and actionable experience every time.

I grew up in a small Jamaican village where my grandmother—Mama, as we called her—was a respected village elder. Women from all over would come to our house seeking her wisdom on love, relationships, and life. I was always right there beside her, listening, learning, soaking up every word.

Mama never simply gave advice. She guided people to discover their own answers. Her favorite saying became the foundation of everything I teach: "Being smart is knowing what to do. Being wise is actually doing it."
Those early lessons shaped my entire life. When I met my wife, I knew how to build a strong foundation—because Mama had taught me. Twenty-five years and three kids later, her wisdom still holds true: real love is built, not found.
Over the years, I've studied psychology and philosophy, and I've discovered something remarkable: modern science confirms what Mama taught on that veranda decades ago. The same patterns. The same truths. The same physics.
Now it's my turn to pass it on.

I teach women how to break old patterns, build self-trust, and create love that truly lasts—using the framework Mama taught me, proven by 25 years of marriage, and grounded in the science of human connection.
This isn't just relationship advice. It's generational wisdom. And it's time more women had access to it.

To ensure a successful workshop, the main requirement is an open space that allows participants to move freely and engage in interactive exercises. Additionally, chairs should be available and arranged in a circle to foster connection, visibility, and open communication among participants.

These two elements—space for movement and a circular seating setup—are essential for creating the safe, interactive environment the workshop is built on.
